A deeper dive into The Agile Mindset - Beginner's Mind, Availability Bias

In the lead article I listed a couple of questions I ask myself when faced with a personnel issue as a manager or coach. I also challenged my readers with an exercise designed to increase their flexibility when working within situations where the availability bias may be having a inordinate amount of influence on the decisions they need to make. I'd like to unpack these questions a little more and explore how we, as Agilists, can minimize the adverse effects of the availability bias.
